Sour Cream Pancakes
Ingredients:
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. sugar
3 Tbs. butter, softened

Directions:
Beat egg yolks. Combine sour cream and soda; stir into egg yolks. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; stir into sour cream mixture. Add butter, and beat at medium speed for 30 seconds. Beat egg whites (at room temperature) until stiff peaks form; fold egg whites into batter. Fry on a lightly greased hot griddle.
