Clam Chowder
Ingredients:
1 med. onion, chopped
2 Tbs. butter, melted
1 1/3 c. milk
1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 (6 oz.) can minced clams, undrained

Directions:
Saute onions in melted butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until onion is tender. Add milk and remaining ingredients, stirring until blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Makes 4 cups.
