Ingredients:
6 ears corn or 1 can corn
2 eggs, separated
1 Tbs. flour
Dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
Grate corn. Stir in egg yolks, flour and seasonings. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Fry in hot shortening.
