Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
2 cups fresh corn (2 ears)
2 eggs (separated)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
In a medium bowl mix flour, corn, salt, pepper ans egg yolks.In a small bowl beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into corn mixture.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfullf into about 1/4 inch hot oil in a skillet and brown both sides.
