Corn and Squash
Ingredients:
2 c. corn
2 c. squash
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbs. butter
1 c. cereal flakes, crushed
2 c. corn
2 c. squash

1 c. cereal flakes, crushed
Directions:
Cook corn and squash in a small amount of water until soft. Add salt and 2 Tbs. butter to mixture. Melt 2 Tbs. butter and mix with cereal flakes; do not crush too fine. Place layer of flakes on bottom of casserole. Add corn mixture. Sprinkle remaining flakes on top. Bake at 375 until brown.
Makes 4-6 Servings
