Crab Imperial
Ingredients:
1 lb. regular crabmeat plus 3 lbs. imitation crab
In a pan mix together 8 Tbs. flour
4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
8 Tbs. melted butter

Directions:
Then add 6 c. whole milk, stirring constantly until thick (about 5 minutes). In a separate container, beat 4 eggs and 2 c. whole milk. Then add to the cooked mixture and continue to cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add both kinds of crab and pepper to taste. Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350 about 1/2 hour or until thoroughly heated and bubbly.
