Crab Stuffed Mushroom Caps
Ingredients:
20 mushrooms caps
1/4 c. minced onion
3 Tbs. Italian salad dressing
3/4 c. bread crumbs divided
1 c. crab meat
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Marinate mushroom caps in Italian dressing for 20 minutes. Combine crab meat, mayonnaise, onion, eggs, and 1/2 c. bread crumbs. Fill mushrooms with crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 c. bread crumbs on top. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden.
