Crabmeat Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 lb. large mushrooms
melted butter
6 1/2 oz. crab meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
2 Tbs. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice
Old Bay seasoning to taste
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms and brush with butter. Combine crabmeat with 1/4 c. crumbs, 2 Tbs. butter and rest of ingredients. Toss together until well mixed. Fill caps with crabmeat mixture, place in baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parsley. Drop melted butter on top.
Bake at 375 for 15 min. Serve hot.
