Cranberry Drops
Ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
2 Tbs. milk
1 Tbs. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
2 Tbs. milk
1 Tbs. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. dried cranberries
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets. In large mixing bowl, combine sugars, butter, egg, milk, juice and vanilla, Beat until well blended. Add flour , baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat at low speed until soft dough forms. Stir in cranberries.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake fot 8-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
