Cream Cheese-Pecan Frosting

Ingredients:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions:

Combine cream cheese and butter, beating until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Stir in chopped pecans. Makes about 3 cups.
