Ingredients:
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
3 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Beat first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Put in cookie press or roll into a log and slice. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
