Cream Cheese Butter Mints
Ingredients:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. butter flavoring
1/8 tsp. oil of peppermint
1 lb. powdered sugar
Paste food coloring

Directions:
Combine cream cheese, butter flavoring, peppermint, and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl; beat at low speed until blended. (Mixture will be dry. Knead mixture lightly to soften it.) Press mixture into mint molds or ro;; into small balls and flatten slightly. Makes about 8 dozen.
