Cream of Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
1 c. mushrooms
2 Tbs. chopped onion
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. light cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. white pepper

Directions:
Slice mushrooms through cap and stem; cook with onion in butter for 5 minutes. Blend in flour; add broth. Cook and stir till slightly thickened. Cool slightly; add cream and seasonings. Heat through. Serve at once.
Makes 4-6 Servings
