Delicious Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes (quantity will vary)
1 stick butter
Brown sugar
Sweet potatoes (quantity will vary)

Directions:
Melt butter in a fry pan and place the peeled and quartered sweet potatoes in it. Simmer (covered) until tender, turning several times. Dissolve brown sugar in water and pour over sweet potatoes. Continue to simmer on low for awhile. I prefer to use the yellow sweet potatoes.
