Deviled Clams

Ingredients:

5 lg. clams and broth from shell
10 pieces dry bread
2 lg. potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 celery stalks
8 hard boiled eggs
1 sm. onion

Directions:

Put all ingredients through food chopper. Form into patties or put in half clam shells. Bread with scant amount of bread crumbs and fry. If in shells, fry shell side first to heat through.
