Egg and Bread Brunch
Ingredients:
6 to 9 slices bread, cut into quarters, crust removed
1/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. grated Monteray Jack cheese
3/4 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk

Directions:
Grease baking dish. Lay bread on bottom and layer cheeses and bacon over the bread. Mix eggs, milk and salt. Pour over bread and cheese and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with rolls and fruit plate for brunch.
