Escalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

1/2 c. bread crumbs
6 med. potatoes, boiled in skins
6 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 lb. butter
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:

Lightly sprinkle a greased 2 qt. casserole with part of the bread crumbs. Add in alternate layers sliced potatoes, sliced eggs, dots of butter, seasonings, parsley, sour cream and bread crumbs. Continue layers to fill casserole. Pour milk over ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
