Fried Corn Balls
Ingredients:
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs, separated
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into corn mixture. Drop in deep fat and fry until brown.
