Fried Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. water
32 lg. mushrooms
1 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside. Combine eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. oil and water; mix well. Dredge mushrooms in flour mixture, and dip in egg mixture; roll in bread crumbs. Chill at least 1 1/2 hours. Deep-fry mushrooms in hot oil (375) until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
