French Fried Shrimp
Ingredients:
2 lb. unpeeled medium-size fresh shrimp
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. water
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Peel and devein shrimp.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl; make a well in center. Combine water, lemon juice, 1 Tbs. oil, and egg; add to dry ingredients, and stir until batter is smooth. Dip shrimp in batter, and fry in hot oil (375) until browned.
Makes 4-6 Servings
