Fudge Sauce
Ingredients:
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fresh fruit
Pound cake cubes

Directions:
Combine powdered sugar, chocolate morsels, butter, evaporated milk, and salt in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Let cool. Transfer sauce to a serving bowl. Serve with fresh fruit and pound cake cubes or ice cream. Makes 3 cups.
