Pineapple-Applesauce Cake
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup nuts
2 cups applesauce
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup shortening
2 teaspoon cinnaman
1/2 teaspoon allspice or cloves
1 egg
1 cup raisins
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup nuts
2 cups applesauce
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup shortening
2 teaspoon cinnaman
1/2 teaspoon allspice or cloves
1 egg
1 cup raisins
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
Cream shortening, sugar and egg. Add applesauce and pineapple and mix. Sift flour, soda, powder, salt, allspice/cloves and cinnamon several times. Add to the mixture. Add raisins and nuts to the mixture. Put the mixture in a greased pan and bake about 2 hours.
