Gooey Butter Cake
Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
2 eggs
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed until blended. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13x9x2" pan; set aside. Beat cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Pour cream cheese mixture evenly over batter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
