Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbs. orange juice

Directions:
Beat margarine and 1/2 c. peanut butter. Add sugars and beat until fluffy. add dry ingredients; beat well. Beat in juice. Shape into 7" roll. Wrap in plastic and chill thoroughly. Cut into 1/8 to 1/4" slices. Bake at 350 until done.
