Ham Balls
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. veal or beef
1 lb. pork
2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbs. prepared mustard

Directions:
Have butcher grind and mix the 3 kinds of meat together. Add crumbs, milk and eggs and form balls. Place in a large covered casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the balls. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
