Party Meatballs
Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1 can(12 oz.) evaporated milk
2 c. quick-cooking oats
1 c, finely chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 lbs. ground beef
SAUCE:
2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped onion

SAUCE:
2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Place in 3 greased 13x9x2" baking pans. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink. Makes about 7 dozen.
