Yankee Hamburgers
Ingredients:
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c soft bread crumbs
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Stir milk into bread crumbs, then lightly mix in ground beef, salt, pepper, mustard and sage; shape into 4 patties about 1" thick. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 6 minutes on each side for medium, or until meat is done as you like it.
