Ham Loaves
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground pork
2 lbs. ground fully cooked ham
4 c. dry bread crumbs
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. water
1/2 c.vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
In a bowl, combine pork, ham, crumbs, eggs and milk. Shape into 12 ovals, using 1 cup of mixture for each. Place in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1" baking pan. Combine brown sugar, water, vinegar and mustard; pour over the loaves. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting every 15 - 20 minutes. Place the loaves on a platter and spoon some of the sauce over them.
