Potato Ham Bake
Ingredients:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 Tbs. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar or American cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. cubed ham, cooked
1 bag (32 oz.) Southern style hash browns (thawed)
TOPPING:
4 Tbs. butter
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes

1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. cubed ham, cooked
1 bag (32 oz.) Southern style hash browns (thawed)
TOPPING:
4 Tbs. butter
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions:
In large bowl combine the first 5 ingredients. Mix well. Stir in ham and potatoes. Spread into greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 60 minutes.
Makes 10-12 Servings
