Hot Dog Casserole
Ingredients:
8 hot dogs
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 c potatoes, diced
2 c. medium white sauce
1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated

Directions:
Add hot dogs to boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes; cool slightly. Cut into 1" rounds. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Put into baking dish. Top with cheese the last 5 minutes of baking. Bake at 465 for 20-25 minutes.
