Hot Dog Casserole
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, sliced
1 tsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. sweet pepper flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. hot dogs, sliced
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 can milk

Directions:
Cook potatoes, onion and sweet pepper flakes in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain, saving liquid. Place layers of potatoes, hot dogs and soup mixed with milk in a buttered casserole. Add more milk or reserved liquid until it may be seen through the top layer. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender. If desired, frozen peas, beans, carrots or mixed vegetables may be added.
