Hot Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6-8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 to 3 green onions, chopped
1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Drain spinach. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Spoon into a greased shallow 1 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with crackers. Yield: 2 3/4 cups.
