1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 eggs
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
5 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Mix the ingredients together well, then form the dough into small balls. Place them on a cookie sheet and flatten them. Bake the cookies at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
