Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 Tbs. oil
1 c. ketchup
1 c. tomato puree
1/2 c. water
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni

Directions:

Combine beef, salt, onion and oil. Cook over high heat until beef has lost red color. Immediately pour ketchup, tomato puree, water and macaroni over meat. Mix well. Turn heat to simmer; cover and cook 35 minutes.

Makes 6 Servings
