Marinara Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 onion, chopped
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 can (28 oz.) plum tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano

Directions:
In a medium saucepan, saute onion and garlic in oil until soft. Add tomatoes and herbs and bring to a boil. Simmer for at least 20 minutes or as long as a few hours, until desired consistency is obtained.
Serve over your favorite pasta.
