Grilled Lemon Pepper Salmon with Dill Caper Sauce

Ingredients:

1 6 oz. salmon fillet
1 lemon
2 tbs. caper berries
1 tbs. dill
1 large diced roma tomato
1 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
1 tsp. fresh chopped garlic
2 Tbl. butter
3 tbl. olive oil
4 oz. white wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Take half the lemon and squeeze juice onto the salmon. Take one teaspoon black pepper and rub it onto the salmon and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes before grilling. Grill salmon until throughorly. Heat oil, tomato, capers, garlic and fresh dill in a saute
