Meat-and Potato Cakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 Tbs. bottled barbecue sauce
1 small onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
Seasoned mashed potatoes
4 Tbs. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Mix ground beef lightly with barbecue sauce, onion and salt; shape into 4 patties about 1" thick. Broil, 4" from heat, 6 minutes on each side for medium, or until meat is done as you like it. Top each patty with a mound of hot mashed potatoes; sprinkle cheese over. Broil 1 minute longer, or just until cheese starts to melt.
Makes 4 Servings
