Cornmeal Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 c. flour
1/2 c.cornmeal
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. sod1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
Buttermilk

Directions:
Combine the ingredients and add buttermilk for the desired consistency: use more milk for thinner cakes,less for thick cakes.
