Old-Fashioned Egg Salad
Ingredients:
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped celery

Directions:
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion,salt and pepper. Stir in eggs and celery. Cover and chill. Serve on lettuce leaf or spread on bread.
