Opera Fudge


1/2 c. butter
1 lb. 10x sugar
1/4 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla


Beat butter until soft; slowly add 10x sugar. Add cream and vanilla and work well with hands. Shape into balls. Place in refrigerator, covered, until hard. When candy is hard, dip in melted chocolate made from 5 squares unsweetened Bakers chocolate.
