Oyster Pie
Ingredients:
1 6 or 8 oz. can of stewing oysters
1 large stalk of celery, cut up and cooked in salt water until soft
3 or 4 potatoes, diced and cooked in salt water until soft
1 hard boiled egg
1 small onion,cooked in salt water until soft
Save water from boiling celery, potatoes and onion
Crust for pie:
3 c. flour
3/4 c. Crisco

Directions:
Mix together until crumbly, add enough cold water to form a dough. Roll dough 1/4" thick to line 1 1/2 qt. pyrex bowl. Roll enough dough for the top. Cut little x in crust.
