Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

Pastry for single 9" pie
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 Tbs. flour
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbs. butter melted
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. pecan halves

Directions:

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs in large bowl. add sugar and flour. Stir well. Add corn syrup, vanilla. melted butter and chopped pecans. Spoon into unbaked pie shell. Top with halves. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until crust is lightly browned and center is set.

Makes 6-8 Servings
