Oyster Stew
Ingredients:
1 qt. milk
1 pint oysters
2 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. minced parsley or celery leaves

Directions:
Bring milk to a boil in the top of a double boiler. Add salt. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Drain oysters and add 1 at a time to the butter. When both oysters in the butter and the milk are at the boiling point, pour oysters into milk. Add minced parsley or celery leaves and serve at once.
