Party Potato Puff
Ingredients:
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. white pepper

Directions:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add potatoes and beat until thoroughly blended and fluffy. Add egg, onion, pimiento and salt and pepper; mix well. Spoon into a lightly buttered 1 qt. casserole. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve at once.
