Potato Filling
Ingredients:
1 c. celery, chopped
1 med onion, chopped
1 c. butter
6 eggs
1 quart milk
1 c. boiling water
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 quart mashed potatoes
2 pkg. bread cubes

Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter until soft. Pour everything over bread cubes. Mix well. This makes a large amount. You can use some and freeze some either before or after baking.
