Pasta Salad


1 lb. pasta (multicolored swirl preferred)
1 cucumber, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 small jat pimiento
Fresh parsley

1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. accent
1 Tbs. prepared mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder


Cook pasta in boiling salted water about 13 minutes or until desired doneness. Drain and let cool. Meanwhile prepare other ingredients and toss with cooled pasta. Mix dressing ingredients; then toss with pasta mixture. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Can be made a day or two before the party.
