Peaches and Cream Pie
Ingredients:
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. peeled sliced peaches
1 c. whipping cream (garnish)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Prick pie shell with a fork. Bake 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Increase oven temperature to 400.
Combine sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add peaches and toss gently. Spoon mixture into pie shell. Pour whipping cream over top. Bake until set,about 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool to room temperature. Serve with whipped cream.
