Peanut Butter Cake
Ingredients:
3/4 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 Tbs. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Frosting of your choice
1/2 c. chopped peanuts

Directions:
Cream butter and peanut butter; gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each addition. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into greased and floured 13x9x2" pan. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until tests done. Let cool completely on a wire rack. Frost top of cake and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
