Phyllo Crab Cups
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2-3 Tbs. horseradish sauce
3/4 c. chopped imitation crab meat
1 Tbs. chopped green onion
2 pkg. frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2-3 Tbs. horseradish sauce

Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and horseradish until smooth. Stir in the crab and onion. Spoon 2-3 tsp. into each shell; sprinkle with paprika. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes or until the tops begin to brown. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
