Pineapple Coconut Pie
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c light corn syrup
1/4 c. shredded coconut
1/4 c melted butter

Directions:
Beat the eggs slightly, then add all the remaining ingredients. Blend the mixture well, then pour it into a 9" unbaked pie shell. Bake the pie at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until it is lightly set.
